Our Property team has grown into one of the largest and most highly regarded in the UK, we offer a full range of services to Personal and Commercial clients throughout the UK, and our Family team is acknowledged by the Judiciary, the profession and many national charities as THE leading domestic abuse, stalking and coercive control firm in England and Wales.

The practice was formed following the merger in 2003 between Watsons Solicitors of Darwen and Ramsbottom & Co. with offices in Blackburn, Darwen, and Great Harwood. We later acquired Carters Solicitors in Pontefract, Quinn and Co in Chorley and Steele & Son with Bagot Heyes, which has offices in Clitheroe and Barnoldswick.

All of these offices have been established in their respective areas for decades and have acted for generations of clients to provide solutions for whatever the legal problem.

Since 2020, we have also added Watson Ramsbottom offices in Carlisle, Bristol and Lytham, and a second Carters office in Delph.

And in 2025 we opened New Riverside Legal in London, and Baldwin Wyatt in Burnley became a part of Watson Ramsbottom.
