Some individuals or companies may wish to transfer property they own into their pension fund. The property is then owned by the pension fund and income generated from it by way of rent or future sale proceeds are then included in the pension fund. If your financial advisor recommends this for you we are able to deal with the transfer and any new lease back to the individual or company to generate the income for the pension fund.
