Coronavirus Update

With the spread of Coronavirus throughout the UK and restrictions on movement and isolation being stepped up, we would like to assure all that we will be continuing to operate throughout, and expect no significant interruptions in our service.

Whilst the health and safety of our staff is of paramount importance, and is our primary concern, we are confident we can ensure their well-being without impacting the support we provide to our clients.

Working from Home

In order to minimise the impact self-isolation could have on service levels, we have implemented a work from home policy for some members of staff. They are equipped with the technology to enable them to work remotely. We have made appropriate contingency arrangements and are well prepared for this situation.

Appointments

Our offices remain open for business, and we are still offering face-to-face appointments at this time, whilst continuing to monitor the situation. Where we are due to meet clients, we are checking to ensure that face to face meetings are the most appropriate method to communicate and will seek to arrange alternatives such as video or telephone calls wherever possible.

Our direct dial telephone numbers will be diverting to mobiles where necessary, so clients will be able to reach their contact using the same number, and we will continue to have staff in place answering the main telephone line and dealing with post.

Home Visits

We ask that our clients keep us informed of their situation so that we can assess whether we should send our staff out to home visits. These will however only occur if absolutely necessary for the protection of our staff and you our clients. If this is not possible for your circumstances, we will seek to find alternative solutions to ensure our clients receive the required service

Events

Throughout this time we need to consider the safety and practicality of our staff attending large events. Please understand therefore if we cancel any such pre-arranged commitments.

Got Your Back

To summarise, whilst we may need to restrict face-to-face meetings, we expect no significant interruptions in our service.

Our team are fully committed, and throughout these testing times we’ll ensure that we provide the very best support for our clients.

If you have any queries or concerns during this period, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual contact, or email us at enquiries@watsonramsbottom.com
