As you may have seen recently, one of our Family Law experts, Diane Matthews, has been posting about the need for divorce law to be brought up to date in line with modern times, highlighting the case of Mrs Owens divorce.
As of today the verdict from the Supreme Court is that Mrs Owens has lost her appeal for the right to divorce her husband of 40 years.
