Rachel Horman delivers keynote speech at stalking and harassment conference

Rachel Horman conf picWatson Ramsbottom director Rachel Horman recently delivered the key note speech at the Fylde Coast Women’s Aid Stalking and harassment conference in Blackpool.

Rachel Horman who is the head of the domestic violence stalking and forced marriage department and the chair of Paladin – the national stalking advocacy service gave a speech around the stalking legislation which has been in force for 3 years and highlighted some of the problems with the implementation of the law. Fylde Coast Women’s Aid manager Tina Hibbard commented “the event was a huge success and Rachel gave an inspirational presentation – the feedback was fantastic”.
