(I wish) to make abundantly clear my gratitude to Anham and also to ensure that you are aware of the incredible level of service Anham is providing.

It’s worth noting that I offer this feedback with the experience of a mortgage advisor dealing with multiple service providers but absolutely nobody in my time in this industry has provided the level of service I have received over the last 5 weeks, yes you read that correctly 5 weeks!! From offer accepted and legals instructed to completing today.

Anham had worked tirelessly throughout this case and in the first week was able to track the lawyer of the previous purchase attempt and buy the searches direct saving me weeks if not months and in doing so saving me thousands of pounds in stamp duty, not resting there Anham called and emailed daily to other legal representatives of other parties and really pulled it all together and was actually pushing to complete 10 days ago!!!

This is all very impressive but let me be clear as a client the most important thing to me was the constant and consistent update via calls, emails and if I called whilst Anham was on the phone with another client I received a call back within 1 hour max usually 5 minutes.

This in my humble opinion is the very definition of incredible service levels.
