Conveyancing Executive

Ben is a Conveyancing Executive and is based between our Darwen and Barnoldswick Offices.

Having joined Watson Ramsbottom in 2015, he deals with all residential property transactions and specialises in Remortgages, all aspects of Help to Buy, Transfers of Equity, Freehold Purchases and dealing with 2nd Charge Loans. He also has experience of helping clients to acquire land through adverse possession, registering property based on lost deeds and has represented clients at the Central London County Court in matters relating to company charges.

Ben graduated with a law degree from Lancaster University in 2021 and is currently studying for his masters/ SQE.

Ben is regularly recommended by a number of large mortgage brokers, home developers and estate agents across the north-west.
