Beth Hothersall graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Law Degree in 2019.

After finishing her Degree, she started working as a Graduate Family Paralegal at John Whittle Robinson Solicitors.

In July 2021, Beth achieved a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from the University of Law which she completed whilst continuing to work for John Whittle Robinson.

As part of her Legal Practice Course, Beth prepared a report on surrogacy law in England and Wales analysing the extent to which the law protects the interests of the intending parents, the surrogate, and the child which enabled her to obtain a Masters in law.
