Risk & Compliance Paralegal

Caitlyn’s day to day role includes complying with AML regulations, obtaining source of funds and identifying any risks related.

In March 2023, she completed the Law society’s Risk and Compliance (Foundation) Accreditation Exam.

Prior to joining WR in August 2022, Caitlyn worked at Go Outdoors for 2 years where she underwent Retail Management Training. Her roles there included, running the shop floor, taking and handling complaints, training staff and working in the cash office. Whilst working at Go Outdoors she developed a love for camping, but she would have to say that her favourite part of the job was meeting all the animals what would visit the store!

Caitlyn attended Blackburn college where she studied BTEC Applied Science.

Her favourite food is Cannelloni, and she is terrified of butterflies!
