Charlotte Burke
Conveyancing Executive
Charlotte works within the Conveyancing department at our Darwen branch.
With over 9 years experience in the new build industry, Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to handling matters such as: Part exchanges, residential sales, newbuild purchases, shared ownership, affordable housing schemes, re-mortgages and various leasehold transactions.
Charlotte’s roles here at Watson Ramsbottom will consist of of providing the best possible service to our referrers and clients, whilst assisting our ever growing Conveyancing department.
On top of her exciting new role, Charlotte is also studying for her LLB (Hons) Degree at the University of Law.
Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys long walks with her 2 year old miniature labradoodle, Maggie!
In the time not spent with Maggie, Charlotte enjoys watching Formula 1 and is a huge Mercedes supporter.
In addition, Charlotte participates in a circuit fitness class 3 times a week, in order to stay fit & healthy!
