Charlotte started her legal career in 2009 at Colemans-CTTS (now Simpson Millar) as a Fee Earner for the Small Claims Recovery Team, recovering uninsured losses in motor accidents. She then worked in General Personal Injury as a paralegal assisting the team leader and partner of the department.

In a short space of time Charlotte worked her way up to a Fee Earner handling her own caseload. During her time at Colemans-CTTS Charlotte successfully cross-qualified and qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. Charlotte undertook work in conveyancing and assisted in various Multi-Track Personal Injury cases during her cross-qualification. Following 5 years in General Personal Injury she moved to Scott Rees & Co, continuing to work in the General Personal Injury department.

Charlotte with her advocacy skills regularly attended Court for Disposal and Infant Approval Hearings and contested Applications. In 2017 Charlotte then re-trained into Private Client, dealing with Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning. Charlotte has gained a vast experience and has advised on 100s of Wills and Estate planning matters since re-training.
