Claire Ingham is the Human Resources Assistant to Chris Mullaney, the Human Resources Manager. Claire deals with personnel related matters, covering the whole employee lifecycle, from the initial recruitment and onboarding, inductions, training & development, and providing support to all. She has just completed her Level 3 CIPD, and is looking forward to progressing further and developing her skills within HR. Claire has decided to continue her further education and hopes to start her Level 5 CIPD in September.

Claire previously worked at Roebucks Solicitors, which was taken over by AWH Solicitors, where she worked for a period of 6 years. Her main duties whilst working in the accounts department as a credit controller varied. Claire dealt with the courts, issuing judgments, charging orders, and attachment of earnings, while building up the necessary rapport with clients to assist with debt management.

Prior to this, Claire travelled the world as an Army wife for 24 years. Claire has been with her husband Phil for 32 years and married for 26. Claire’s daughter Chloe, has followed in her father’s footsteps and is currently serving in the Royal Navy, as a Naval Police Officer. As you can imagine Claire is a very proud Mum, but has to behave in the presence of her daughter. In Claire’s spare time she loves spending time with family, friends and her boxer dog George.
