Marketing Assistant

Corey Tate joined our Marketing Department in the summer of 2021. After leaving sixth form in 2018, Corey undertook a Level 3 digital marketing Apprenticeship at an E Commerce firm in Blackburn, where he completed numerous exams in all areas of Digital Marketing before completing his Apprenticeship and securing a full-time position in 2019.

Corey ran the social media channels for ‘Vision Linens’, helped implement various SEO & PPC campaigns & assisted with content for the website as well as undertaking the Email Marketing role later in his time there. To add more strings to his bow, Corey spent a few months in the firms Customer Services department, where he engaged with customers and helped with the inputting of orders daily before deciding on a fresh challenge in 2021.

Here at Watson Ramsbottom, Corey runs the social media activity with Andrew as well as assists with all things Marketing, whether that be digital or helping with the design of artwork etc…

Outside of the office, Corey is a proud Blackburn Rovers season ticket holder and regularly attends their fixtures around the UK, as well as travelling further afield to watch England. Corey enjoys socialising with friends/family and attending gigs/festivals as well as going on ‘well deserved’ trips around the world.
