Karen initially joined the practice in 2002 since which time she continued to specialise in all aspects of conveyancing and has developed particular expertise in all matters and schemes relating to New Build Property. She has now been promoted to Conveyancing Manager at Watson Ramsbottom.

Karen has developed excellent working relationships with solicitors representing the major UK developers and she and her team are accustomed to meeting the seemingly tight deadlines that are often required by new build developers.
