Michelle joined our Conveyancing department at our Darwen office in September 2022, after previously working as a sales progressor at Duckworths Estate Agents based in Darwen – Seven years experience working as an Estate Agent!
She has become a specialist in dealing with the challenges and opportunities of dealing with the specialised area of new build properties including the numerous schemes put in place to assist these purchases such as Help to Buy/Shared Ownership schemes.
Michelle has experience in ensuring a smooth transition when aiding a property purchase, all the way through to completion. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching a variety of sports, socialising with friends and jetting off into the sunshine.
Much to Elton’s displeasure she is also a fervent Manchester United fan!
