When Rachel left school, she started at Yorkshire Bank doing various rolls over the years and finally finished in the business side of the bank.
She then started working at Steele and Son as the Legal Cashier in 2000 and slowly took on some of the compliance rolls within the company.
When watson Ramsbottom merged with Steele & Son in 2022, Rachel decided to have a change of roll and joined the risk and compliance team to increase her knowledge of the regulatory side of the business rather than the number crunching.
Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with friends socialising and visiting new places. Whilst watching cricket when she gets the chance.
