Rowan Alderson
IT Manager
Rowan Alderson joined Watson Ramsbottom in August 2021 after working as a Team Leader at an IT Refurbishment Company where he dissembled, reassembled, and configured enterprise level hardware such as servers and workstations.
Rowan has over 5 years’ experience working within IT, specialising in computer hardware and networks within a professional environment. His areas of expertise include areas across security, operating systems, and infrastructure. Rowan also has a bachelor’s degree in computer networks, security and computer forensics from Edge Hill University.
Rowan’s roles consist of managing the day to day running of the computer systems, network and infrastructure whilst also being responsible for all IT hardware equipment across the firm.
Outside of the office, he enjoy playing Snooker and Football, socialising with friends, and slowly becoming a whiskey connoisseur. Rowan also builds PC’s as a hobby for himself (mainly for games) friends, and family.
