Sanya Motorwala

Associate Solicitor

Sanya Motorwala joined our Property department in Darwen in June 2022, she deals with commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters, refinances, and dealing with residential new build purchases.

Sanya trained at Vincents Solicitors in Preston and qualified in October 2017. There she dealt with commercial property matters, from sales and purchases to leases and such. Sanya also acted for developers selling plot houses. She also spent the majority of time there acting for UK and foreign investors purchasing off-plan apartments.

Previous to that, Sanya worked at Forbes Solicitors as a paralegal assisting in the corporate commercial department and also did some property work. Sanya grew up in Yorkshire and moved to Lancashire in 2006. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two ‘boisterous boys’, whilst also chilling on the sofa investing her precious time with some Netflix series.
