Woolly Hat Day at Watson Ramsbottom

Friday 23rd February was Fuel Poverty Awareness Day, a national day to highlight the problems faced by those struggling to keep warm in their homes and the excellent work being undertaken to tackle the issue.

To show our support in highlighting fuel poverty, staff have come to work in woolly hats to raise money for our local ‘Bill Busters’ service.

Bill Busters is a service set up as part of Blackburn with Darwen’s Healthy Living Charity, to assist households who are struggling financially to heat their homes and keep up with fuel bills.
